Academic Development Program for Collegial Learning - teaching observation including feedback and reflective collegial discussions

This document present the work material for a development program for collegial learning and teaching observations, in which we used a number of templates designed for different forms for teaching observation, feedback and collegial group discussions.
The templates were used by
a group of teachers during a semester at the Department of Swedish and
Multilingualism at Stockholm University. Our experience is that by using
relatively simple templates, the observation of teaching becomes more
structured both in terms of preparation and follow-up. In addition, it is often
easier to give constructive feedback when using templates in the feedback situation.
