This data set includes note analysis and test scores for the paper More is better in notes, but more of what?: Correlations in L2 students' notes. The data set includes the following: total notations, total words, total symbols, total information units derived from analysis of notes. Participants also completed comprehension tests of lecture content using their notes; these test scores are also reported. These data were used to generate efficiency ratios and correlations for the study. Blank cells in the document indicate that the student did not complete the respective task. A paper utilizing this data is currently under review and this site will be updated as relevant.
