Teaching material for AI-literacy in technology and programming education.
As AI is increasingly affecting education and society, there is a need to educate students in what AI is and promote AI skills. This item consists of two presentations used in a study on how to teach AI-literacy skills in subjects Technology and Programming in Swedish Secondary education. The study was conducted in two schools in May ond October 2023, in two iterations, with the premise that we needed to act swiftly and with limited time for planning, limited resources and limited lesson time.
An annotated version of one of the presentations have been added with notes explaining the different slides, to make it easier for other teachers to use or revise the presentations for their own needs. Presentations are free to use and adapt as needed.
