Educational leadership - what is it?
This video explains how I view educational leadership in higher education. The talk is based on work that has been published as a peer-reviewed article Laksov, K. B., & Tomson, T. (2017). The findings from the study described in the article, which is further explained in the video, show that educational leadership involves processes on the levels of students, teachers as community and at the organizational level.
