This report documents a pedagogical development work at the Department of Ethnology, History of Religions and Gender Studies (ERG) at Stockholm University. The project was initiated to address the increase in plagiarism and cheating cases during and after the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as to address the challenges that arose with the introduction of ChatGPT. The research base and theory includes previous studies on plagiarism definitions, effects of distance learning and AI impact on education. The aim of the project was to create awareness and implement measures to counter both traditional plagiarism and unauthorized use of AI, specifically using ChatGPT.
